Goto the subway and OB the tracks. Now goto the left side and CG the corner in the left. When back there WJG up and when your almost to the level you will fall back down. When you land you will be stuck in the jump mode. To get out of it you can just set cust. You can hop up anything thats close to ground level while in this mode just move towards it.
