Okay this is to get past the warp behind the fence in picture one. Get on the ledge of the white building in this glitch(http://bgoatthug2.proboards15.com/index.cgi?board=level3&action=display&thread=1098035391). When on the ledge find the corner in picture two and CG it, try fall onto the ledge in picture three. Then just jump out and over the warp. If done right you will be able to skate around behind the warp.
