Get To this building in pic one. Climb up the yellow pipe. When on top, Set custom. Now Follow the walkway & Jump out to the White Area down below. Set custom again. Now, To do the Ob w/o setting Get to the end of the white area, Jump out and stick to the Invisible wall. now slowly lower to the water. If done right you will still be on the water.
