Goto the climable pipe and CG the right side. You will be stuck between the wall and the base of the pipe. Now jump and turn. If done right you will fall down into the QP. From there you can go into all the QPs along the wall. CG the wall to get into the QP of the little room. From that QP you can walk under the stairs.
